How to perform EMOM and Crossfit WOD properly

CrossFit is generally designed with a set weight. But, you can use lighter weights to have more challenging workouts. EMOM is an acronym for Every Minute on the Minute. Each exercise is completed for a set number of reps. Rest for one minute, then start the workout again. You can only go so far with this type of workout if you use stereotypes about women or men.

WOD is an exercise program that is preplanned and based on intervals. It is meant to be challenging your body and help you burn calories. CrossFit provides three WODs for free each day.
