After college, he returned to work as a firefighter and assistant strength coach at Tennessee Tech. He began CrossFit in 2010 and became so inspired by it that he started training with a CrossFit workout.

What nutrients is a man supposed to consume daily?

Daily nutrition is essential for men's healthy growth. The body requires vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, fiber, and other essential elements.
